Very cute, now - what is on that dirty little foot?

Meet theme though not anything extra in this one. It could be better if used ambient light (the harsh flash induced shadows are not good) and cleaned the fuzzies from the toes. I think what is hurting this image is that it is very snapshotish.

The green block's distracting to me. The background plaything is wonderfully blurry and I find my eye drifing over there but then the incredible hulk in the bottom right dominates.

But the dof is really quite nice. I'm not sure about the "raindrops" hanging in the top left. On the one hand they give the shot such a warm and cozy baby feel then on the other hand they seem blem-ish if you get my drift. The fold of the right pant leg is really delightful.
