i like this, though i'm not sure about the composition and i think that the feet actually detract from the shoes... would have been nice to have the whole shoe in the top of the frame as well. good concept though.

this is intriguing. there's a story here: where did the old shoes come from? why are they all pointed into the water?

Not very high on the relevance factor - but I like it a lot on a number of different levels - most importantly it asks the question - where did the other people that owned the shoes go????
