The colors and the motion are good, but i would prefer a better resolution.

I like the overall composition feet coming in from the left and the right the movement kind of mirroring each other.

Attractive image! I think I get the idea of having the feet in motion as a representation of what they do. However, in my opinion (perhaps incorrect), the sharp focus on the pavers and the non-focus on the feet makes me interpret the pavers as the "subject" and the feet as secondary.
