I like the juxtaposition of the cute little girl's foot contrasted with the painful-as-hell looking "fancy" adult woman shoe. Very effective!

This photograph is hilarious, but suffers from average composition. There is potential here to tell a very funny story about the grotesque and perverse nature of fashion.
