ah, summer!:) i really like the grittiness in this image. i'm a bit concerned with the featureless sky (did you remove it in postprocessing?). the image might have a higher impact if it was cropped slightly on the left.

smudo: well, I now realize that I posted the wrong version, the sky was overexposed and I did some processing to come up with an acceptable "empty" feeling in the background, but instead of the final version, I posted this one by mistake. Oh well.

I like this a lot but think it could be improved with some left hand cropping - get rid of the glass and sandals and this would be a great picture

I love it. It puts me in that place: relaxed, warm, happy, content and the featureless background is a great metaphor for endless opportunities of summer.

The contrast between the lack of details in the sky and the very abundant quantity of it ont he feet is just stricking ! This is a very daring, creative, and relaxing image. It would make a good poster !

Usually i like high contrast but i find it a little too much on this image. The male feet look a little too unreal in their surroundings.
