Good bokeh and tones. I also think your composition is effective although the part of the wall to the right bothers me a bit from a distraction point of view. Her expression is pleasant, but not remarkable. For me her face needs more of a story.

Is she a sweetheart?...I mean, she appears to be a very sweet woman. This photo makes me want to sit and talk with her, to get to know her. That's intended to be a high compliment.
