The skin seems almost unnaturally smooth. Is that a trick of the camera or was something done in processing to emphasize the eyes?

Makeup, very little if any processing was done to this photo. Slight "Unsharp Mask" in photoshop is all.

Ah, young, flawless skin...those were the days. The lighting probably helps too. I like the pinpoints of light in the eyes.

Yes it says it all. I have 3 teen and older boys so I didn't deal with girls and make-up.

I was a gymnastics mom for a lot of years and the girls teams loved their sparkles!!!
