Interesting composition. The noise and yellowish light detract slightly for me.

I think its an interesting composition, but I don't know if it highlights the eyes.

Yeap, It was a night shoot and had a yellow neon light blinking. But I liked the effect.

Beauty and the Beast? I think this image had lots of potential, but the colour and quality kind of kill it for me.

I like the juxtaposition of the girl and the background. I just wish the girl's eyes were more important to the photo. The yellow light gives this a weird feel too. I think you should have either corrected the white balance, or gone with some sort of duotone treatment.
