I like this image. Theres some kind of bright cast over the dark buildings though, and I think I would have cloned the foreground clutter, it messes up the dark structure

The dust on the right should be cloned out, otherwise it's a pretty nice take on the theme.

I can see where you were going with this but I don't think it's working as well as it could. I would like to see more detail on the tower in the foreground. There seems to be some sort of haze over the whole thing. I hope that's not smog.
