I think some people are confused by this post....they probably are not a member of the forum and have not been receiving the messages.

Brandon Stone is the creator of Weekly Shot. Apparently Weekly Shot has been going down hill and he's decided to close it down. It's a shame and I find it sad and disappointing....but at the same time I can see where he's coming from and I don't blame him. Maybe it's time to move on to something else.

I'm also a member of Vazaar. I liked Weekly Shot better as you got more instant results with feedback. Vazaar is growing on me though...

This is very sad news :/

Weeklyshot has been pretty much the only website to keep my creative juices flowing for photography outside of work. I'm very sad to see it go :(

Interesting that the quality of the photo has little to do with the impact of the juxtaposition of elements.
