The film frame detracts from the idea of it being a dream but a lovely shot nonetheless.

i love the perspective and concept here. that pipe is a little distracting, but it doesn't take much away from the impact of the photo. nice job. i really dig the light and colors.

While I don't think this is particularly dream-like I do think the juxtaposition of the child and this abandoned-looking room does suggest an uneasy, surreal situation. It's certainly a great image with lots of impact.

I like the tones and the sort of confused look on the child's face... it's really kind of a creepy picture.

It reminds me a little of work done by an artist called Simen Johan, though he adds more elements to his images. In this case, the Impact is lessened for me by the film-frame info around the image - think about cropping that.
