I think it's great with the two colors there in the shot, but then on the other hand (literally lol) the blurry red is pretty distracting and I think maybe the shot would be fantastic if it was just that face with the same look but without being able to see what he's looking at. Hmmm... would be awesome if you could get the red in there by the reflection in his eyes. :)

The detail in the face is fantastic. It isn't, however, very 'dramatic', and I actually think the red glove detracts from the image quite a bit.
