The eye bruise indicates drama, but the composition seems a bit off, too centered perhaps.

Good DOF, good capture of the light. There's something hanging off her eyelash that's reflecting the light in an odd way - think about editing that out. And if you're really a stickler (or professional holiday card and b-day shooter) you can clean up the drool and the nail mark on her nose bridge with the Healing Brush in Photoshop. That's just advice though as I have two toddlers, and am constantly correcting shots.
