Yikes. Usually butchers wear white and surgeons green or blue. I'm going to assume that's lamb. I understand the composition, you wanted to get the sink in for visual context. As a portrait, I'll bet it would work just as well if you crop a lot on the right, up to (but leaving in) the faucet. You could tighten it a tiny bit on the left, but not much to keep the sharpening iron in.
