Cool. I would have liked his whole head. This might have worked even better as a Portrait orientation (rather than wide - landscape orientation.) There's a lot of stuff to the left and right of him that is effectively unimportant, and could have been cropped. Did you get a close-up of the hands? Would have been a winner for the Hands theme a few weeks ago. Good shot.

I think a simple shot tightly cropped onto the two fists would be a much more powerful image.

It looks like a really new tattoo with the sking still swollen and inflamed so the contrast between that and the word "Precious" could be powerful.
