This chap seems like a very interesting fellow. Great subject for a portrait.

While I really like the framing of him, I feel there are some distracting elements in the background. Also, some blown highlights on his hair, top left, to some this wouldn't be a problem and personally it's not really an issue to me, just thought I'd say.

Hopefully this is a portrait that is dear to you, perhaps of your father or a family member.

A wonderful image. I keep looking at his eyes and try to discern if he is simply calm, or if he is nervous or sad. The textures of the image... his untamed hair, the individual, random patterns to the hairs in his beard, the rusty hue of the moustache from indulgence in tobacco... all lead to a remarkable portrait. Bravo!

Thank you. This is someone who has dedicated most of his life to helping his fellow man. But sickness and age has taken its toll. Ran into him on the street and grabbed this shot. I admire him.
