The expression on this guys face is great. I only wish you'd have shown his whole face. (For me, that would have meant more than seeing the smoke on the left.)

Wonderfully dramatic! I like the texture of his face and the ordered disorder to his moustache. The smoke makes me wonder if he is reacting to a nearby smoker.... or conversely if he is the smoker himself, it is feeling sick from his habit?
