I love that one is looking right at the camera, and the other, avoiding. Quite dramatic.

Very good, almost a classic. All of her hair would have been nice, but like this it provides a definite intimacy.

It seems to me that the older woman is exuding an air of pride and the younger one respect and adoration. Perhaps a mother and daughter.

I wonder if it could be improved by removing some of the empty space on the left, maybe, maybe not.
