I really like this one - some rich tones and a nice capture. Could be my monitor (likely), but it appears a bit noisier than my eye's prefer. Still, the reflections in those eyes are striking, and I'm encouraged to keep on looking.

Did you use any post-production blur technique here? Maybe that's what I'm seeing...

Thanks for the comment. This is one of those accidental shots. My son Sam her was fussing the entire time and this was the only moment he was still for so in that split second I just raised the camera and shot with very little thought at all. This is unaltered in any way. I agree regarding the focus but I didn't have the time. It's definitely not your monitor. Thanks again.
