Arne, I can see your point of view, but in fact I'd just spent quite a while chatting with this person and discussing my taking photos of him. A candid, to me, seems more like if I was just walking by and snapped this photo. But, what I did, in this case, takes a back seat to what you think I did (as it should be...eye of the beholder and all that).
