I like the light on the building and the darker smaller elements like the other flags and people that give a sense of scale. I do with the image had just a bit more punch as it seems a bit flat both in contrast and color intensity. The "velvia" effect would really make this image jump off the screen and enhance the dramatic lighting feel of it.

I love the contrast between the white lit-up building and the rest as well as the way the building next to it curve away. Great angle, too. I think all elements make it a great photo.
