Sorry, there is no light to be dramatic. The clouds are ominous but that is different. Compositionally I think there is too much uninteresting foreground.

You could crop a little at the bottom and the left (cutting out the houses on the left) so that the homes jut out into the image from the right, seperating the sky and the bushes.
