The shot doesn't work for me. I think the clouds are very pretty, but the mast (or pole) doesn't add anything to the shot. It's not really a compositional item, it's really just in the way. did you shoot thi from a moving train? The window frame at the top right is also not really a good thing for this image.

The light is too diffuse for me. The idea is there, and the concept is spot on, the execution was found just a bit wanting. A lovely image though.
