I like the silhouette, but the light is not quite dramatic enough.

needs more balance of exposure between the sky and the bottom part and maybe a little more contrast in the sky section to bring out the light behind the clouds.

It's a nice silhouette, but the lighting doesn't seem too "dramatic" to me. It will be interesting to see what the "collective opinion" of "dramatic" is here at WS. I suspect we'll see alot of "light rays" coming through clouds etc.
