Growing up on a farm I have a good idea what a dog looks like... and this ain't one. Ah well maybe I will get more ratings than I did for Ugly/beautiful!

Very cool image. I like the colors a great deal. My presumption is that this is the rope of a dog that is tied up outside (perhaps to go to the bathroom).

"To dog" is a nautical term meaning to make fast, and I think this line is dogged, but I'm not sure how. Extra credit for clever vocabulary if I'm right.
