i love the scene and the expression on their faces! I'm curious where this was taken- Is this the facade to an art studio / shop? Do these pups have a story?

It's the window of an art shop in St Ives, Cornwall (UK).

As far I can tell from the labels, the ceramic dogs were created by Olivia Brown. You can see some more of her work here: www.redgallery.co.uk/gallery.php?artist=20
