I don't understand this selection??

There are curves everywhere, but my eye isn't drawn to one or the other. What I like is the intimacy of this closeup portrait. I could go on about the thoughts and feelings this evokes and I don't think we are likely to see many interpretations of the Theme very similar to this.

Giving lots of allowance for Relevance, my only criticism is the lack of crisp sharpness or deep black (it's a bit flat, IMHO) anywhere in the image.

This is a good idea, but it's very out of focus and very bright. Makes it difficult to see the content.

I can't say I've ever seen that angle for a portrait before. It really made me study the image though. Was this an accident?

Interesting idea, but its just too blown out to be effective. I like trying to figure out how images are made or what exactly they are, but this is lacking a clear perspective and isn't compelling for me.

Higher impact, maybe, if the woman didn't have those overbearing sunglasses on.
