What could be curvier (se said, ironically) than heart shapes? I read something metaphorical into this romatic image...a softness of sentiment, a childlike curve of longing to be desired.
The low perspective attenuates the curve on the far side of the hearts, but the highlights and shadows accentuate the curves on the near side. As is often the case, if you've read many of my comments, people are still driving me crazy with shallow depth of field when it isn't really necessary. That's what the f-stop adjustment is for.
This is a different take on the Theme. Good for you.

Hmm, I'm afraid to say it doesn't do it for me, maybe is the monochromatic tones. Also, I find the 'border' thing at the top right very distracting for this type of shot. (IMHO, obviously;-)
