It's art. It has to be an art installation in a gallery or museum. neon is fabulous anywhere, but what I like are the straight lines of which you are not sure what they are or mean or how they fit in. I have been a looking at it for a while and now think 'definitely bananas'.

I'm not particularly interested in this photograph, so was going to rate it without commenting, but something about it made me pause. I have a sneaking suspicion who took this.

Yes, I know, it's like asking a plump woman, "When is the baby due?," felling all good about yourself and loving mankind and babies and all, only to find out that the woman isn't pregnant. Raise your hand if this has happened to you, saw it happen, or were the idiot who made it happen (my hand shoots up).

So my guess is pursang, who is known to hang around ballet performances in his youth, hoping to pick up long-legged beauties. This looks like a stage set, and pursang is the only person I know who has posted such photos.

However, I have a theater background myself and find sets without actors, singers or dancers to be a bit prosaic.

However, as usual, my disinterest is the first good sign that this photo will soon be featured.

By the way, if you are not pursang, please don't be offended by my guessing. I still find the image to be prosaic, although I'm assigning better than average marks on all categories except Impact. Make me eat my words.

Hmmm I think the lighted neon isn't a compelling enough subject in this particularly image. I like the idea and I think it could work with a closer POV or maybe a longer exposure and soemthing else going on. I'm curious about the line in the forground indication that maybe it was a long exposure... but I don't know what it is and there isn't alot there to explore.

Wow that hardly came out like english... apologies for anyone trying to decode it. Considering English is the only language I can really speak I might want to brush up a bit.

@moodeous
You crack me up. Thanks for that.

I can see 4 moons ;-) Very creative and perfect for the theme!!

I see one moon, one eyebrow, one smiley face, one right parenthesis and pursang, wearing all black, puffing on a cigarette.
