Very cool! Top marks. Is this just cigarette smoke with with editing of the colour?

Hi Craig, yes it is cigarette smoke. I took the day off to spend it with my daughter and she kicked me out of the kitchen to bake. So I stopped by WS to see the new theme. Decided to go into the garage and do a smoke shot. Since it's raining here in SF, I had my black rain jacket, put it against a chair for a background, got out my flash, lit up a smoke and captured this one. Colorized it in PS. I'll dedicate this one to my fellow smoker Vernon! Thanks for the comment. Now I'll see if I can get back into the kitchen with my daughter! Hopefully I can be the taste tester.

Way to go, dude! Too bad you're a smoker, but neither you nor Vernon seem too upset about it. Taste testers shouldn't smoke.

Fantastic! I love that it angles across the frame rather than taking a straight shot, but I would like to see just a bit of black at the top left between the smoke and the top of the frame. I find the repeating shapes very intriguing.
