I like this but wish it wasn't so soft....orten effect? I would love to see the crisp details more.

@alice - to be honest i kind of cheated...the quality of the original image itself wasnt that great so i had to do something similar to the orton effect to make it look presentable...i did try to sharpen the scaffolding bits as much as i could...

I don't like the color treatment, the softness takes away from the complexity and the way you treated the sky, it is dithered, or banded.
