Great!! Very simple execution which draws out the subtle complexity of the subject.

Composition is great, tones are spot on.
Almost seems suspended over the sea is a surreal way, no grounding at all.

this is actually quite serene and 'zen' like. Even though nature is complex, this shot doesn't give me complex feeling. I love the quality and lighting, and that touch of fog.

Ana, zen and serene can't be complex ?

I thought this was a good choice as it had both complex elements as well as being quite zen and empty. It covered the main theme idea as well as the elements used to describe the opposite to complex. Maybe I’m being too smart for my own good. :-)

This doesn't seem complex to me, to me this says peaceful. Lovely photo.

I can see the complexity in the tree branches but overall, the photograph has more of a calming effect on me than one of bombardment and complexity. I love the water at the bottom.
