I like this a lot, but it just seems messy to me not necessarily complex, but that's just my first impression.

Love the clouds, want to see more of them, maybe a vertical composition to show more of the pole that the wires connect to. That may also show more complexity, i.e. this mess connects to more stuff.

The contrast in tone and hue between the clouds and the bricks is brilliant.

This reminds me that even complexity is in the eye of the beholder. Nice catch of the brooding clouds there too.
