My first reaction was WOW and that is still mostly what I would say!! The more I looked at it one thing did bother me, the blurring/streaky effect in the upper windows. Was that in-camera or did you introduce that is post?
Great image overall, high marks.

I can honestly say I'm not sure what blurring/streaking in the upper windows you mean. By upper windows do you mean the circular arrangements at the very top, or the three circles in the tier below, or the three long windows in the tier below them?
