Nice colors, I like the black background! I think it could have been composed a bit more interesting... some designated negative space maybe?

There's maybe a couple of little spots in the black that I would clone out, but it's a great idea for the theme.

Did you shake the petals off while you snapped the photo? Or did you drop them from your hand? It looks like they are falling which is cool.

Very nice photo, but not relevant in my opinion, as I wouldn't really consider a flower that is losing its petals to be broken.
