Is this bridge going to a fuel tank or something like that?

Almost a clean sweep of 5's there - if the little hint of a door wasn't visible it'd be perfect. Great image.

as i am kind of new around here ...thanks everybody for commenting
@kadenajack : no not a fuel tank, but it is certainly a loading pipe with something like animal feed or grain or something like that... (inland harbor in Roeselare Belgium)

I love the bridge to no where.

I really like this. If the angle of the shadow had been such that it continued in line with the bridge then for me that would be perfection. Very nice shot though.

@duncmc i was lucky there was any shadow at all ... it was a windy winter day with lots of clouds and some sporadic but strong sunlight. (you can see the other shots on my blog all taken with a rather short amount of time when there were shadows)

I like this very much. My very first impression was that this was a scene from "The Truman Show," where Truman sails across his known world only to discover that the sky and the horizon were just a painted set not so far away after all.
High marks for stimulating my imagination like that.
