its a really beautiful shot...but the image is slightly soft and that kinds ruins it for me..

Longer exposure would be better. Contrast is low.

This is almost a great photograph. It's lacking in some technical aspects and my hunch is that it wasn't intended, when taken, to be featured on W.S. Super entry, nonetheless, and high marks in most categories.
