Nice viewpoint and composition. The blown out sky and the fact that the cable details are breaking up means low marks for technique and image quality I'm afraid.

Brooklyn Bridge is just a cool bridge isn't it? There is so much going on up there it is awesome to see. I wish I saw the view from it like this shot - pre 9/11.

Something about this isn't quite right - I think it's too bright, but as if it's been overly brightened in Photoshop rather than being overexposed. The framing is pleasing but I wish that it was a bit wider so we could see more of the road.

You naughty boy, climing out on that girder..your mother would be horrified.

I like the perspective and the content, despite the strange quality of the image--simply over-exposed in the highlights, I guess. I'm giving you high marks for all the pleasing things that make this image different.
