Cropping (much) more at the bottom would probably work much better, I guess.

The tones are fantastic.

I love this kind of scene and this is very well done. I guess you are putting a bridge railing in the foreground to reinforce the relevance and to add some contrast and sharp detail, but I could live without it. High marks.

I would have loved this shot if the bottom was cropped off. As it is, I just like it very, very much. :)
