I can tell this is a bridge, but otherwise, this looks like a very jiggly long exposure. I bet it's pretty at night.

I'm not sure if this is some new fangled technique that i'm not familiar with. To me it just looks blurred and wonky and not very well composed. Were you on a boat or something?

actually i think i was on a boat...took it with an old digital on night shot...thus the blurry-ness...I still think it looks cool though...I'm way out of everyone's league here...just like posting and looking at the techniques, learning...
