Ah a much different type of bridge.

CaptureThis said 517 days ago:

No violin is complete without it's bridge. ;-)

Montage said 517 days ago:

I was trying to think of a 'different' kind of bridge to post. Well done!

Brilliant - I love these alternative interpretations of the them. I can't fault this techincally, love the DoF and all those different textures.

Love the different take on the theme. Beautifully composed.

Hurrah!!!!! At last someone with the imagination not to show a picture of a road crossing water.

How come the first indoor shot is the only breath of fresh air in a very dull category.

I have to agree with Zorilla...

Congrats on a great and original feature! I think I would have preferred it without the sheet music in the background, but thats just me. Lovely tone, colour, and especially DOF to accentuate the subject.

This was shot with the idea of using it for promotional material for an intergenerational orchestra that my family is involved with. The motto of the organization is actually "Bridging the Generations Through Music". I took about a dozen or so different shots, all included music in the background or foreground. They are going to be used as post cards for promoting concerts and events related to the orchestra. This was not one of the ones chosen for the post card, but it was the one that featured the bridge on the violin best.

Again thanks all!
