This is strange and unsettling. High marks on all but composition because I don't see any point to the way it is cropped, although it is clear to me from six months of participating in W.S. that this kind of cropping (i.e., composition), will make some raters wet their pants with excitement.

Irrespective of my crankiness about composition, this is a good photograph, in my opinion.

This is a great shot, and the claw IS quite big. I would have liked it if it were rotated, so as looking down the leg.

You don't want that too close to your toes, not even without a lobster attached to it. Very interesting grass, too - gives it great texture.
