I think this is well balanced.
The angle of stem and spout.
The cup and the rose.
Even the angle of the cup,leads one's eyes to the rose.

This is a very striking image. I'm guessing you have hand tinted this photograph. If so, I'm impressed with your coloring abilities...I love the extremely subtle use of red highlights, and of course the balance of the blue. If this is not hand tinted, then the lighting is superb! In either case, great shot.

if it was aligned to give the same width on both left and right side it'll be perfect! the only thing i notice abt this shot. otherwise its excellent!

I didn't alter the rose at all physically or digitally. I know they don't grow this way, so I'm assuming they put some sort of die in the water. Some of them are darker than others and even the leaves have a nice blueish tint to them.
