I really like the inclusion of the pedestrian warnings. My preference for the composition would have been to crop quite a bit off of the left. As it is right now the image does not seem quite balanced enough with the men and the brick markings.

I like a lot of the elements in this photo...especially the "look" on the sidewalk. If this were my photo, I might play around with the negative space behind the balancing fellow, but I think the image works well here for the theme.
