Hmmm... I like the colors and contrast, but I'm really not a fan of the motion effect. It's very clear that it was added after the fact... I find it distracting and actually a little disturbing.

I think the biggest problem is that the wheels aren't spinning at all... That really takes away from the feeling of motion that you were going for here.

I'm a huge fan of Photoshop, but I don't think it was successful in this context.

I agree with Brandon and his Photoshop comment. The execution here is very poor and only serves to dilute the power of the image. The problem with using generic 2 second photoshop effects is that anyone who has ever used photoshop can easily spot the fact that it is a generic photoshop effect.
