I like what you were going for here... but the artificial depth of field is really poorly executed. I suspect this would have been better before being massacred in photoshop. (And I'm sorry to be harsh, but the photoshop work here is ruining an otherwise decent image in my eyes.)

I am not so sure about the heavy selective diffusion. Maybe a bit overdone.
