Looks nice to me. The image gives the feeling of speed and the time running while people run their way. Perhaps the story would be more impressive if we could see more of the person inside, not just a shoulder. Something like a glance in rear view mirror...

Interesting perspective and nicely abstract. I think a little more of the driver or something distinct about the driver would've made this more impactful as an "automobile" photo.

Interesting colours and composition... but I had to rate low on Relevance because this doesn't really say anything to me about automobiles.
