It's amazing how well the chrome held up compared to the rest of this truck. I like the combination of the deep rust color and the pure blue sky. The vignetting at the top is also a nice touch.

I love the use of a polarizing filter to deepen the sky and making the most of a shot even though the sun is so harsh during that time of day.

A powerful, in your face shot. While this perspective and the texture of the rust are great, the strong vignette is what really makes this image.

As Carrie points out, these old trucks are a bit of a subject shrine for Toronto photogs!

When I saw the "Automobiles" theme, I immediately thought of some of these shots from Miles. That sky is killer, and the detail/clarity is quite impressive.

Though it's completely rusted the truck looks strong. Then on the other hand it seems like all it would need is one little push and the whole thing would collapse, cartoon style. Great compostion.
