Interesting! I like the old car, I like the perspective of the image. The processing technique is very interesting too... sort of an "animation" sort of look. I am not sure, but I am guessing that the photographer may be the same person who did the image last week of the man and woman in the train where both were falling asleep. I like the look.

It's really just a matter of dodging and burning different parts to bring out the various tones. It's easy to overdo it, though... Sometimes it works and sometimes not. ;)

Love the contrast of the shiny chrome with the grain at the bottom of the frame, this is a really strong composition too. Hard to find anything wrong really, nice one.
