I like the interpretation, but not the execution. That's a whole lot of contrast, which ultimately is too hard to look at.

Interesting shot. The sky almost looks as if it's a negative. The high contrast I'm finding a bit of a distraction. It's an austere scene; almost spartan. I don't think I'd be thinking "alone" in the strict sense of the word, though in the context of this theme I suppose it fits.

i think you need to try from different angle, my eyes keep looking to the 4 trees.

I really like the idea, however I feel the tree alone is small in the frame and could be better composed (except I am missing the point)
